General Booking Terms
- All rates are quoted in USD for Non-Resident Guests and KES for resident and Citizen Guests
- The adult sharing rates are a per person per night sharing rate.
- A child is between the ages of 5-11 years. Children under 4 years stays for free.
- The camp reserves the right of admission, and the rooms are subject to availability.
- Rates are inclusive of all statutory deductions.
- Rates are not inclusive of Park fees entry fees
- Full Board and Game Package rates’ inclusions varies between our camps and lodges, check before confirming your booking with us.
- Guests staying with Lalashe Maasai Mara & Lalashe Mara Ripoi are required to ensure they have medical emergency evacuation insurance cover(To be booked through your Travel Agency or can be directly booked by us only if guests have booked services with us)This covers come in use in case of any medical emergency when in the camp and evacuation to hospital is needed
- Additionally, it shall be the Guests’ responsibility to ensure sufficient medical and travel insurance cover is in place to cover in-hospital medical expenses and associated costs once admitted to hospital.
Booking Confirmation, Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Non-refundable 30% deposit required to confirm the booking 14 days after confirmation.
- A booking is considered confirmed once the deposit has been received.
- 100 % Payment of the total Invoice is required 60 days to the date of arrival for high and peak season bookings
- 100 % Payment of the total Invoice is required 30 days to the date of arrival for low season bookings
- Any cancellation 60 days to your date of arrival leads to 65% refund of the total invoice.
- Any cancellation 45 Days to your date of arrival leads to 45 % refund of the total invoice
- Any cancellation 30 days to your date of arrival leads to 25% refund of the total invoice
- No refund for any cancellation within 30 days to the day of arrival.
- Any communication in regards to your booking with us can only be termed valid if it is sent and confirmed via e-mail or if delivered personally.
